Refund Policy

Every Raknetic project is backed by two guarantees: the Built Right Guarantee, which covers your implementation fee, and the Pays For Itself Guarantee, which covers your monthly maintenance fee. This page explains exactly how both work.

1. Payment Structure

Projects are billed in two separate parts:

• Implementation fee: paid 50% upfront before work begins, and 50% upon completion and delivery of the system. This fee is due either way and is what the Built Right Guarantee covers.
• Monthly maintenance fee: a separate, recurring fee that covers ongoing support and upkeep after your system goes live. This fee is what the Pays For Itself Guarantee covers.

2. The Built Right Guarantee

Once your system goes live, you have 30 days to confirm it does what was agreed to in your original audit. If it does not, you are entitled to a refund of 100% of your implementation fee, both the upfront and completion payments.

If the system matches the scope agreed to in your audit, no refund applies and you keep the system.

3. The Pays For Itself Guarantee

Your free audit only qualifies a project if $2000 or more a month in savings is realistically achievable, based on your own team's hourly rate. Because of that qualification, there is no monthly maintenance fee in month one.

At day 60 after your system goes live, Raknetic reviews system usage logs, priced at your audit agreed hourly rate, to confirm whether the system is saving you $2000 or more a month.

• If confirmed: the monthly maintenance fee begins from month two onward.
• If not confirmed: you do not pay the monthly maintenance fee. Raknetic continues refining the system at no charge, for as long as it takes, until it clears $2000 or more a month. There is no cutoff date.

4. How to Request an Evaluation or Refund

For the Built Right Guarantee, contact us at rakib@raknetic.com within 30 days of going live to begin the evaluation. The day 60 review for the Pays For Itself Guarantee is run by Raknetic automatically using your system's usage logs, and you will be notified of the result either way.

5. Outside the Guarantees

The Built Right Guarantee applies specifically to the 30 day, post launch scope evaluation described above. The Pays For Itself Guarantee applies specifically to the monthly maintenance fee described above. Neither guarantee extends to cancellations made before a system goes live.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
