We do not currently use advertising cookies, tracking pixels from third-party ad networks, or analytics platforms such as Google Analytics on our website.

• To follow up with you about a free audit or our services.

3. How We Store Your Information

Contact details you submit (name, phone, email) are stored in a private Google Sheet accessed via the Google API under our account. Engagement data (link clicks, email opens) is stored in the same system, linked to your lead record. We take reasonable steps to restrict access to this data to authorized personnel only.

4. Third Parties We Share Data With

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers we use to operate our business:

• Google (Google Sheets / Google APIs): to store and manage lead records.
• Resend: our transactional email provider, used to send you the free guide or other requested content.

These providers process your data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, deliver requested content, and maintain a record of our communications, unless you request deletion sooner.

6. Your Right to Request Deletion

You can request that we delete your personal information at any time by emailing rakib@raknetic.com. We will confirm and complete deletion requests within a reasonable time.

7. Children's Privacy

Our website and services are directed at business owners and are not intended for use by children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18.
